Refund Policy

Usage Data & Token Logs
AnyVersal AI records token consumption data for each account. This data includes the number of input and output tokens generated per session, request timestamps, and cumulative monthly usage. This information is used to enforce subscription tier limits, display usage dashboards, and — in the event of a billing dispute — serve as verifiable proof that the service was rendered.
- Token counts are stored per session and aggregated monthly
- Usage logs are retained for 90 days for dispute resolution
- Free (Nebula) accounts are limited to 200,000 tokens per billing period
- Usage data is never sold to third parties

If you choose to use Google Sign-In, AnyVersal AI accesses your Google email address, name, and profile picture. This information is used strictly to identify your account, personalize your dashboard, and provide secure access to your chronicles.
We do not share your Google user data with any third-party AI models or external advertisers. Your Google data is only processed to provide the core functionality of the AnyVersal network and is never sold or traded.

We retain your account information for as long as your profile remains active. You have the right to initiate permanent deletion at any time through the Profile Identity settings.
