Philosophy
AnyVersal AI operates on a high-velocity computational infrastructure. Our refund philosophy is designed to be fair to both the user and the intensive neural processing resources allocated to each session. We aim for 100% satisfaction, and our support team evaluates every claim with human nuance.
Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 48 hours of your initial subscription purchase, provided that you have consumed less than 5% of your monthly token/resource quota.
Cancellation
Subscription cancellations can be performed at any time from your Dashboard. You will retain access to your AnyVersal tier until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied.
check_circle Eligibility Criteria
Refunds are not available for "Specialized Tokens" or one-time credit boosts once the neural generation has been initiated. If your account is suspended due to violations of our Terms of Service (TOS), your eligibility for any pending refunds is voided.
Token Usage as Proof of Service
AnyVersal AI logs token consumption (input + output tokens) for every session. This data constitutes verifiable proof that computational resources were delivered to your account. Refund eligibility is evaluated against this usage record:
- checkUnder 10,000 tokens used — Full refund available within the 48-hour window.
- check10,000 – 100,000 tokens used — Partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
- closeOver 100,000 tokens used — No refund. Substantial service has been rendered.
Token logs are cryptographically tied to your session and retained for 90 days. These records are used as the authoritative source of truth in all billing disputes and cannot be altered retroactively.

To request a refund, please send your transaction hash or account email to our triage team. We process most valid requests within orbital alignment (approx. 3-5 business days).
